The Council has received the following applications for Listed Building Consent (L), Conservation Area Consent (C) or planning applications for major developments and/or which may be a departure from the Development Plan (D) or which affects a public right of way (PRW). • 0/51315 AMENDED PLANS - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - AMENDED PROPOSAL Conversion of the existing building to residential and erection of extension to form 20 no. 100% affordable dwellings and associated development including parking and landscaping and turning head - Brookes Tarpaulins, Bangor Road, Penmaenmawr, Conwy, LL34 6LF (D) (PRW)

• 0/52066 Introduce a retaining wall (including a railing above) to the east of the house to create level access along the house and allow the parking area to follow the natural gradient of the hill (and adjacent highway). Renew the ground surface with limestone finished porcelain tiles leading to the entrance, a tarmac finish to the parking area and grey setts on the transition to the highway. Reduce the length of the lower portion of the previous boundary wall (Listed Building Consent) - 21 Old Road, Great Orme, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 2NB (L)

• 0/52077 The project is to provide an active travel route between Glan Conwy and the RSPB entrance at A55 Junction 18. This will connect with the recently completed active travel scheme being carried out by Welsh Government at Junction 18 and also link to the bridge to the Cob for onward travel to Conwy. This route includes: New bridge crossing over Conwy Valley Railway line from A470 lay-by; Ramp access from bridge to path between railway and Afon Ganol; New bridge crossing over Afon Ganol; Shared use path for walking, cycling and wheeling around perimeter of RSPB reserve to visitors centre; Shared use path to A55 Junction 18; Improved path to bridge at Conwy Cob - Land between Glan Conwy & RSPB entrance at A55 Junction 18 (D) (PRW)
