REASON FOR HEARING
Appeal by Mr Christopher Glenister against the refusal to grant planning permission by Central Bedfordshire Council as Local Planning Authority, the demolition of existing buildings and erection of nine dwellings and new estate road, at Sear Farm, Harlington Road, Upper Sundon, Luton, LU3 3PE
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Hearing opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Hearing will be held as an entirely In Person event run by Central Bedfordshire Council.

Anyone wishing to attend the Hearing must make that interest known to the Central Bedfordshire Council’s Appeals Team as soon as possible prior to the Hearing, by emailing planning.appeals@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk after reading the Hearing Attendance Information set out below. When contacting the Appeals Team, it would be helpful if you could confirm whether you want to take an active part in the proceedings or attend only as an observer. This information will need to be provided to the Planning Inspector.
