Proposed development at : 1) HHP/2024/183 - Tyddyn Hwrdd, Aberffraw.
2) VAR/2024/55 - Central Buildings, Market Square, Holyhead I give notice that :-
1) Mr & Mrs Smith
2) Mr Colin Lyons is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to :
1) Full application for the installation of 14 solar panels on the roof at
2) Application under Section 73 for the variation of condition (04) (shop front details) of planning permission reference
FPL/2022/142 (change of use of offices into cafe and dance studio) previously discharged under application DIS/2024/55, so as to amend the design of the shopfront, together with amending the wording of condition (03) (Construction Traffic Management Plan) to allow details to be submitted after commencing work on the site at
