UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015, MERCATURA DEVELOPMENTS LTD GIVE NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION REGARDING A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT LAND NORTH OF RAMLI, BEECH CLOSE, COBHAM KT11 2EN
Take notice that a planning application is being made by Mercatura Developments Ltd for the construction of four apartments with associated access and landscaping at the site.
The application is submitted to Elmbridge Borough Council, Planning services, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher KT10 9SD.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
