Proposed development at: Units A, B, E & G Old Forge Yard, Swanley Village Road, Swanley, Kent Take notice that application is being made by: London and City Capital Ltd
For planning permission to: Use of Unit A for purposes within either Use Classes E(g)(i), E(g)(iii) or B8, use of Units B, E and G for purposes within either Use Classes E(g)(iii) or B8, replacement of windows, doors and roofs on Units A, B, E and G, replacement of main entrance gates and resurfacing of hardstanding.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
