What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 AS AMENDED. 

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposed development at land adjacent to Greendykes Road/North Greendykes Road, Broxburn.

For proposed residential-led development with potential for minor retail and/or ancillary commercial/community facilities, open space, landscaping, active travel routes, access, parking and associated services, infrastructure and works.

M2 Group is holding a second drop in pre-application public consultation event on Thursday 14 November 2024 (6pm-8:30pm) and Sunday 17 November (12pm-4pm) at Broxburn United Sports Club, Albyn Park, Greendykes Road, Broxburn, EH52 5BP. This event will provide feedback from event 1, information on the proposed development, and the opportunity to provide further feedback.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so at the event, via the project website or email address outlined above or by post to Miller Developments, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW no later than Sunday 1 December 2024.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Any comments on these proposals are to the prospective applicant and not formal representations to West Lothian Council. If a subsequent planning application is submitted there will be an opportunity to make formal representations on the application to West Lothian Council as planning authority during the statutory notification period.
