What is planned?

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: Notice under section 73
Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990

WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:

a) WL/2024/00855: Middle Rasen: E&C Kaur: Holly Holme, Church St: remove existing & erect 2 dwellings (affects right of way)
b) WL/2024/00056: Tealby: Mr & Mrs T Snaith: Thorpe Mill, Thorpe Lane: conversion of barn to dwelling with various refurbishments, & change of use of land for footpath diversion. (affects right of way)
c) WL/2024/00871: North Owersby: S Ward: Happylands Farm, Moor Rd: removal of existing & erect 1no. replacement farm worker’s dwelling. (affects right of way)
d) WL/2024/00872: North Owersby: S Ward: Happylands Farm. Moor Rd: erect livestock unit. (major app) (affects right of way)
e) WL/2024/00866: Swallow: J Chudley: The Grange, Caistor Rd: change of use of dwelling to school with erection of fence & gates. (planning app WL/2024/00865 has also been rec’d)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice.
