24/39536/FUL - Former Telephone Exchange Riverway Stafford - Proposed change of use of a former BT Repeater Station building and land to the front and rear to Use E (c) as a small studio office, with pedestrian only access The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated.
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS ACT) 1990
Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings.
24/39618/HOU - 22 Hammonds Croft Hixon Stafford - Single storey side extension to the front of the existing garage and rear single storey extension.
24/39689/HOU - 7 Green Park Fulford Stoke-On-Trent - Ground floor front and rear extension, increasing the living, kitchen and utility areas
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 20 November 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 20 November 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
