The following will be determined under all/part of the above
24/02129/FUL - Apartment A1 and C1 Thornhill Park Sunderland SR2 7JZ. Mr Mohammed Munir is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement windows from Wood to UPVc sliding sashes to match with the design of the original windows.
24/01975/FU4 - Roker Park Pond Roker Park Road Sunderland. Miss Julie Dyson is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of a platform in middle of the pond to provide a safe haven for wildlife.
The above application relates to development intended to be carried out on land or buildings owned by Sunderland City Council.
24/02111/FUL - Hastings Hill Farm Foxcover Road East Herrington Sunderland SR4 9LB. Root Power (North) Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of 38 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility, including access, compound fencing and associated infrastructure. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility. Alternatively, you can make comment and view plans via the internet at https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/ within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
