NOTICE UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A)
AREA OF LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF LAND ADJACENT TO 56 CHERRYWOOD, PENWORTHAM, PR1 0PJ
THE ABOVE LAND consisting of land in area approximately 95 square metres (“the Land”) is held by South Ribble Borough Council (“the Council”) pursuant to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) for purposes under the Open Spaces Act 1906.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to dispose of the Land.
A plan indicating the boundaries of the Land to be disposed of is available for inspection free of charge at the Civic Centre West Paddock Leyland PR25 1DH at any time up to and including 19 November 2024.
Any objection or representation in respect of the proposed disposal of the Land must be made in writing to the Director of Governance, South Ribble Borough Council Civic Centre West Paddock Leyland PR25 1DH by 19 November 2024.
