Lincolnshire - Multiple Planning Applications
What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
• 2024/0679/FUL - Land Rear Of 84-88 Newland: Installation of external lighting to existing car park.
• 2024/0687/FUL - Land Adjacent To Lindum And Minster Practice, Cabourne Court: Erection of a 3 storey care home (Use Class C2) together with associated access, car and cycle parking, landscaping and amenity space provision plus the creation of additional car parking spaces for the existing adjacent medical practices.
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
