What is planned?

London Borough of Havering

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P1251.24, Rainham Lodge Farm, Berwick Pond Road and Rainham Quarry, Warwick Lane Rainham Upminster, Phased mineral extraction with restoration to original ground levels using suitable soils and clays to nature conservation and agricultural after-uses (Rainham Lodge Farm); Stockpiling processing, concrete batching and aggregate bagging (Rainham Quarry), with associated highway improvements (Environmental Statement provided)

This is a major development because it involves waste development The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

P1268.24, The Lodge Care Home, Lodge Lane Romford, Erection of 3 outbuildings for use as a training room, laundry room and store room (Part- Retrospective)

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1293.24, Suttons Farm, Tomkyns Lane Upminster, Replacement roof and raising of ridge height including minor roof extensions and roof lights with the installation of solar panels on the southern roof slope

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
