I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:

WALSINGHAM PF/24/2115 Change of use of 9 Common Place from dwelling (Class C3) to provide extension to existing Estate Office (No. 10) Common Place; 3-10 Common Place, Walsingham, Norfolk, NR22 6BP for Walsingham Estates Reasons: c)
WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA RV/24/2137 Erection of two-storey dwelling without complying with condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/12/1199 to allow for amendment to house design including changes to window designs external facing materials & a light realignment of the property within the plot render to the ground floor a wooden clad first floor and clay roof tiles; Standard House, Standard Road, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1JY for Brandon Reasons: c) f)
WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA LA/24/2031 Replacement of six timber framed first floor windows and one external door with UPVC windows and composite door 59 Freeman Street, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1BG for Mr Rebecca Burchill; Reasons: e)
The reasons for the advertisement are: (a) is a major development (b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan (c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area (e) affects a Listed Building (f) affects the setting of a Listed Building (g) affects a Right of Way (h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement (i) affects a public right of way (j) affect setting of Ancient Monument (k) In the Public Interest
The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with based on representations in writing.
