What is planned?
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Council has under consideration the following applications:
Ref: DMPA/2024/0727 (major development & affects a public right of way) The construction of a pedestrian and cycle bridge, and associated ramps over the A6(T) Derby Spur Road at land adjacent to A6(T) Derby Spur, Boulton Moor
Ref: DMPA/2024/1269 & DMPA/2024/1333 (affects a listed building) Listed Building Consent and planning permission for The replacement of existing external windows, doors and roof lantern to existing orangery and structural alterations to store areas to create an entertaining space and gym including changes to fenestration at Barton Park House, Ashbourne Road, Church Broughton
Ref: DMPA/2024/1299 (affects a listed building) Listed Building Consent for temporary fabric repairs including dry rot treatment works at Main Block, Elvaston Castle Country Park, Borrowash Road
Ref: DMPA/2024/1357 (affects a listed building & affects a public right of way) Listed Building Consent for change of use of existing agricultural buildings and conversion and extension of barns to form 6 dwellings at Lees Hall Farm, Marjory Lane, Harehill
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire. gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays).
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, all representations received become documents, which the public has a right to read and copy. Comments and objections on applications and enforcement matters do not form part of the statutory register, and as such we will only retain these for up to two years following a decision being made unless an appeal is lodged.
