DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/24/00539 Land rear of, 111-114 Marina, St Leonards-on-sea. Construction of 5 dwellings and separate office space
HS/FA/24/00606 Flat 2, 6-7 Grand Parade, St Leonards-on-sea. Proposed replacement of uPVC casement windows with uPVC sliding sash windows to the front elevation
HS/FA/24/00678 Land within and adjacent to carriageway, Archery Road, St. Leonards-on-Sea. Installation of fixed bollards and retractable bollards in order to restrict through vehicular traffic on the section of Archery Road to the front of Archery Villas (pedestrian access and access for residents to remain unaffacted).

HS/FA/24/00728 16 Brittany Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Retrospective permission for the erection of a detached ancillary outbuilding

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/24/00293 Ground Floor Flat, 9 Charles Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Construction of a ground floor extension on top of existing lower ground floor extension. A new raised terrace, steps & stepped planting beds to garden. New detached outbuilding to rear of garden (amended description). Proposed Amendment: Reduction of proposed extension; changes to fenestration on proposed extension and summerhouse.

Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
