5. Erection of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility together with
associated landscaping, engineering works, site access and ancillary works.

6. Rye Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a listed building. Partial
conversion, change of use and extension of building to create 8 no. hotel
rooms (Class C1) as an extension to The George Hotel. Partial retention of
existing retail unit. 9 Lion Street, Rye RR/2024/1743/P

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1 above.

These applications can be viewed on the planning website at www.rother.gov.uk/planning or alternatively via the public access computers at the Battle Library, Market Square, Battle, or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
