The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
2. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 97 dwellings including formation of a new access from Cliffe Lane, landscaping, public open space and all associated infrastructure and engineering works at Land to the rear of, 271, Cliffe Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton. Application No. 2023/92966.

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development and affect a public right of way
4. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 97 dwellings including formation of a new access from Cliffe Lane, landscaping, public open space and all associated infrastructure and engineering works at Land to the rear of, 271, Cliffe Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton (Footpath No. SPE/56/10). Application No. 2023/92966.
5. Erection of 21 dwellings and associated works with means of access from Denby Lane at Land North of, Denby Lane, Grange Moor, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. KIR/209/10 & DEW/81/10). Application No. 2024/92444.
