What is planned?

Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning

(Development Management Procedure) Order 2015,

Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)

Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning

(Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: ZA24/26375/FUL Proposal: Proposed change of use of existing commercial building to form 4 no. 1 bedroom holiday lets for Reddy Rooms Ltd Location: 99 Shortbank Road BD23 2JP Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA24/25707/LBC Proposal: Conversion of the barn at Sunny Bank Farm into a single dwelling and associated works for Mr Chris French Location: Sunny Bank Farm Bentham LA2 7AY Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA24/26312/FUL Proposal: Construction of bungalow, off street parking and associated infrastructure. The construction of detached single garage to serve existing dwelling for Mr Neil Pickles Location: Ryedale 2 Ryecroft Road Glusburn BD20 8RT Reason: Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: ZA24/26314/FUL Proposal: Proposed change of use from agricultural building to B2 general industrial use with off-road parking and revisions to access. Amendments to original agricultural building approved application ref 2021/22574/FUL and installation of septic tank retrospective for ELeck Energy Ltd Location: Bailey Hill Farm, Land Off A687 West House, Ingleton, LA6 3NZ Reason: Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: ZA24/25841/OUT Proposal: Outline application for erection of single dwelling if accepting as an outline then highway details need to be included in the description and VS provided for Mrs Helen Reed Location: Land Southwest Of 30 Nan Scar Cowling BD22 0DL Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA24/25706/FUL Proposal: Conversion of the barn at Sunny Bank Farm into a single dwelling and associated works for Mr Chris French. Location: Sunny Bank Farm Bentham LA2 7AY Reason: Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications/ or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 14th November 2024. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
