The Listed Buildings And Conservation Area Regulations 1990 The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice. Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent and may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2024/01137/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent Location: 27-29 Stanley Street, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1EZ Proposal: Retrospective listed building consent seeking to regularise as built to existing approvals. Including: AOV's, soil stacks, closing up of windows & doors, demolish rear raised single storey structure, security cameras Applicant: Casamount Developments Limited.
Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2024/01220/ FUL Application Type: Full Planning Location: Sextons, 2 Eagle Brow, Lymm, Warrington, Lymm, WA13 0AD Proposal: New external staircase to access new 1no. bed apartment at 1st floor, refurbishment of the existing two apartments at 1st and 2nd floor, bricking up of existing openings and refurbishment of existing balcony Applicant: Phil Sexton.
Reason for notice: Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2024/01289/FUL Application Type: Full Planning Location: Asl Recruitment, 65 Sankey Street, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1SL Proposal: Retrospective internal amendments, change of use to create 4 bedsits/apartments at first floor level. Regularisation of previous approvals Applicant: Kristian Johnstone.
