Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Application reference : PL/2024/0001852/HHA Site address : Lansdowne, Belvedere Road. Proposed development : Single storey side and rear extensions, dormer window to rear, new render and windows. Removal of balcony and rear chimney. Reason : The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference : PL/2024/0001861/HHA Site address : 17 Styvechale Avenue. Proposed development : Erection of garden summerhouse. Reason : The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference : PL/2024/0001980/HHA. Site address : 28 Belvedere Road. Proposed development : Retention of solar panels and CCTV cameras. Removal of a chimney. Single storey rear extension, rooflight to rear and external alterations. Reason : The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference : PL/2024/0001883/FUL and PL/2024/0001884/LBC Site address : Halifax, 22 High Street. Proposed development : Reparation of the front and side elevation façade stone/parapet wall. Reason : The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.
