Application in a Conservation Area

24/P/2104/FUH – Proposed demolition of existing detached garage and erection of a replacement garage in place at 24 Trewartha Park, Weston-super-Mare.

24/P/2121/FUH – Proposed replacement of the existing glazed conservatory roof with a tiled roof, installation of two new conservation Velux roof windows and installation of new white uPVC double glazed windows and French doors to match the existing house at Autumn Cottage, Dinghurst Road, Churchill.

24/P/2124/FUL – External alterations to the existing hotel and restaurant building to provide additional bedrooms at ground floor level, reconfigured restaurant and all associated works at Premier Inn, 1 Stafford Place, Weston-super-Mare.

Listed Building application

24/P/1823/LBC – Listed building consent to change the existing central heating system, works to include: Replacement of the existing flue and the addition of an air source heat pump to the rear property. Removal and replacement of the existing boiler and new replacement radiators on the ground and first floors to be located in the same positions as the previous ones at 20 Greenhill Road, Sandford.
