Planning appeal APP/J1915/W/24/3353714 in relation to demolition of no. 16 London Road and alterations to no. 18, including demolition of garage and amendment to parking arrangements and access, and erection of 68 dwellings with associated parking, landscaping, refuse and ancillary works.
With reference to the above planning appeal that has been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate by Wheatley Group Developments Ltd against the refusal of East Hertfordshire District Council to grant planning permission, this advert is to provide an opportunity for all interested parties to comment on revised and additional information produced in support of the appeal that were previously not submitted with the planning application (reference: 3/23/1390/FUL) but is intended to form part of the Appellant’s case to the Planning Inspectorate.
