Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended)

The Horsham District Local Plan 2023-40 was submitted to the Secretary of State for
examination on 26 July 2024. The Secretary of State has appointed Inspector Luke
Fleming BSc (Hons) MRTPI to carry out the independent examination of the Plan.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country
Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended) that the
examination hearings will commence on Tuesday 10 December 2024 at 9.30am.
Hearing days are currently scheduled to take place on the following dates:
Tue 10, Wed 11, Thu 12 December with Fri 13 in reserve,
Tue 17, Wed 18, Thu 19 December, with Fri 20 in reserve,
Tue 14, Wed 15, Thu 16 January 2025, with Fri 17 in reserve, and
Tue 21 and Wed 22 January, with Thu 23 and Fri 24 in reserve.
The hearings will take place in the Main Conference Room at: Horsham District
Council, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, RH12 1RL. Sessions will normally begin
at 9.30am (morning session) and 2pm (afternoon session), subject to final scheduling.
Any updates to the hearing programme will be available on the examination webpage.
