I give notice that Johnsons Aggregate and Recycling Limited is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the consolidation of existing planning permissions, continued use of land for processing and recycling of IBA, aggregates construction and demolition waste, continued screening and crushing of imported and processed materials, expansion of existing operations including working hours, retention of boundary wall, formation of storage yard/hardstanding, siting of mobile mineralisation machinery, and other ancillary development. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, Erewash Borough Council, Town Hall, Long Eaton, NG10 1HU (available online at https://www.erewash.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 24 November 2024. A copy of the environmental statement may be obtained from Heatons, The Ark, 6 Mallard Way, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8GX so long as stocks last, at a cost of £300 for a printed copy or £50 for a CD.
