SCC Property has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Redevelopment of the former Sunbury Fire Station site for a mixed-use hub incorporating Class E and Class F1 uses including library plus 12no. supported independent living units (Use Class C3) without compliance with Condition 1 (plans and drawings) of planning permission ref: SP23/00557/SCC dated 28 November 2023 to provide for amendments including to the external building dimensions (reduction in footprint and height) and internal and external layouts.
