b) Variation of Condition 1 (occupancy restriction on the dwelling known as The Beeches) of planning permission 17/03885/PLF (Continued use of redundant agricultural buildings and land for mixed use of agricultural storage, function facility, distillery and guest accommodation in association with function facility, with associated extensions, landscaping work and parking area) to allow a flexible occupancy use of the dwelling known as The Beeches at Beeches Farm Blacktoft Lane Faxfleet DN14 7YR (Ref: 24/02936/VAR)
c) Erection of a single storey porch to front and detached double car port to side with removal of existing balcony to rear at 8 Church Street
