PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENTS:
Park Mains High School Extension
Renfrewshire Council Children’s Services is planning the extension of the existing Park Mains High School facility to support a capacity of circa 2000 pupils. The proposals include for:
• A new teaching building next to the existing west wing of the school
• A new PE building next to the existing PE block
• An extension to the dining area
• Changes to the layout of the existing building to keep subjects together
• Extra car parking and expanded bus drop-off/pick-up area

Park-Mains-High-School
Two public engagement sessions to discuss the project and gather feedback will take place at Park Mains High School, Barrhill Road, Erskine PA8 6EY
• Wednesday 6th November 2024, 5.00pm to 8.00pm
• Wednesday 4th December 2024, 5.00pm to 8.00pm
These sessions are free to attend, and no prior registration is required. Those willing to make comments on the proposals can do so during the above events.
Written submissions can also be sent – no later than Friday 13th December 2024, via email to pmhspanfeedback@ renfrewshire.gov.uk or in writing to: Children’s Services, Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1TZ.

Please note any submissions made at this stage are not representations to the planning authority. Once the full planning application is submitted next year there will be more formal consultation with relevant bodies, and the opportunity for local residents to make representations.
