ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED)

NOTICE OF THE MAKING OF A DIRECTION
WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4(1)

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Dacorum Borough Council (“the Council”) has made a Direction (“the Direction”) under Article 4 (1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) (“the Order”).

The Direction was made by the Council on 09th October 2024 and comes into force with immediate effect.
This direction relates to the following land:
Land At Great Gaddesden Corner of Pipers Hill And Leighton Buzzard Road Great Gaddesden Hertfordshire
The permitted development rights affected are:
1. the erection, construction, improvement or alteration of a gate, fence, wall or other means of enclosure referred to in paragraph A.1 being development comprised within Class A of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
2. The formation, laying out and construction of a means of access to a highway which is not a trunk road or a classified road, where that access is required in connection with development permitted by any Class in this Schedule (other than by Class A of this Part) being development comprised within Class B of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Order and not being development within any other Class.
3. Temporary use of land comprised within Class B of Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the Order and not being development within any other Class.

Subject to the consideration of any representations received during the consultation period the Direction will be confirmed by the Council within 6 months of the date of this notice. A copy of the Direction and associated map defining the land and properties covered are available for inspection by viewing on the visiting the offices of the Council at The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1DN (8:45am until 5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am to 4:45pm Friday).
