Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1364/LBC & 1366/PLAHH : Coach House Cottage, Eastwick Road, Great Bookham, KT23 4BA : Internal alterations to convert loft into a habitable room with 2 No. roof lights to side elevation, 1 No. roof light to internal courtyard, 1 No. roof light to front roof elevation, replacement all windows and external doors. Provision of electronically operated field style entrance gates to front of property.
MO/2024/1415/ LBC : High Bank, Mill Hill Lane, Brockham, RH3 7LS : Replace gas-fuelled heating with air-source heat pump to power under-floor heating; insulate and raise the height of flat roof by 200mm; install photo-voltaic solar panels on roof; glaze-over balcony to reduce solar overheating; repair timberwork of first floor conservatory and installation of a wood-burning stove.

which was for a residential development of up to 144 dwellings including the creation of new vehicular access, school parking and drop-off/pick-up, gypsy and traveller pitches (0.2ha), public open space, landscape planting, surface water attenuation and associated infrastructure.
