Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Head of Mid Kent Legal Partnership at Maidstone Borough Council, Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6JQ, or by email to legalqueries@midkent.gov.uk Not later than 5.00pm on 12th November 2024.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Maidstone Borough Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
