NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed Development at: Former Brookes Tarpaulins, Bangor Road, Penmaenmawr, Conwy, LL34 6LF.
Take notice that application is being made by Built by Mode Ltd and North Wales Housing Association for planning permission for the ‘Conversion of the existing building to residential and erection of extension to form 20no. 100% affordable dwellings and associated development including parking, landscaping and turning head’.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Conwy County Borough Council, PO Box 1, CONWY, LL30 9GN
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
