Land Adjacent 64 Clifton Road, Exeter EX1 1JN
Exeter City Council propose to grant an easement for access by foot only from the rear of 64 Clifton Road to Clifton Street. together with a licence to carry out works on the City Council’s land to form a new footpath across the land.

The Council will consider any comments submitted in writing to The City Surveyor, Exeter City Council Paris Street Exeter EX1 1JJ or via email estates@exeter.gov.uk which should be received by 11th October 2024.
