What is planned?

TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS - PUBLIC EXHIBITION FOR PROPOSED DEVELOMENT AT DURIESHILL, STIRLING.

Following the submission of a Proposal of Application Notice to Stirling Council on 9th August 2024, Barratt / David Wilson Homes and Springfield Properties intend to submit detailed planning application(s) for residential and associated development at land between Plean and Bannockburn Interchange, Stirling. Prior to submitting a planning application, public exhibitions are scheduled to take place as follows:-

Wednesday 30th October 2024, King Robert Hotel, Glasgow Road, Stirling , FK7 0LJ, Between 2.30pm and 7pm

Wednesday 13th November 2024, McAuley Hall, Balfour Centre, Plean, FK7 8DS, Between 1pm and 3pm

Wednesday 13th November 2024, Dining Hall, East Plean Primary School, Plean, FK7 8BX, Between 6pm and 8pm

Further information regarding the proposed development can be obtained from our website at www.durieshill. co.uk. The applicant would welcome any comments on the proposed development either at the exhibition or in writing following the exhibition. At this stage comments should not be made to Stirling Council. When a planning application is submitted, neighbour notification / advertising will be undertaken and there will be an opportunity to make formal representations to the Council. Plans displayed at the public exhibition are indicative only and are subject to change through the planning process.
