Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire Council has received the following:

DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Mrs Joanne Partington - Library, 10A Queens Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 4AE (ref. no. ZD24/00534/FULL) Full planning permission for work to replace windows fronting Queens Road and Dundas Street to reduce energy costs and make the building better thermally efficient.

Mr & Mrs Maple - Anvil Cottage, Moor Lane, Thornton Steward, Ripon, North Yorkshire HG4 4BB (ref. no. ZD24/00542/FULL) Full planning permission for single storey lean-to rear extension.

Mr Andrew McGregor - Ivy Cottage, Wensley, Leyburn, North Yorkshire DL8 4HL (ref. no. ZD24/00539/VAR) Variation of conditions attached to planning permission 20/00207/FULL - Condition 1 - Ivy Cottage garage door at garden level blocked up. Site entrance amended to reflect as built appearance. Timber fence at Goose Green boundary removed. Openings under garage external staircase shown. Staggered boundary wall shown; Condition 3 - remove conditions for close boarded timber fence to site boundary with Goose Green, Copper Beech hedge grown and maintained at a height that is 1 metre above Goose Green existing stone wall. Stone wall at boundary with Goose Green to be erected at 1.8m height and staggered with slope of boundary land, in line with bottom of neighbours boundary wall as to not undermine existing wall; Condition 4 -Copper Beech Hedge maintained at boundary, 1m above the existing stone wall. Timber fence removed from condition.

ZD24/00516/FULL) Full planning permission for the construction of a detached garage (amendments to original application no. 19/00415/FULL (granted))., Permission is being sought to re-site the previously approved garage further back from the public highway.

Mr Stephen Weatherill - 7 High Street, Leyburn, North Yorkshire DL8 5AQ (ref. no. ZD24/00521/FULL) Full planning permission for existing first and second floor apartment to be divided into 4 separate apartments,

WORKS AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING

Mrs Sarah Morrice - Phoenix House, 47 Richmond Road, Brompton On Swale, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 7HF (ref. no. ZD24/00546/LBC) Listed Building Consent for work to raise the height of the buildings by up to 60cm using reclaimed stone and lime render., Replace or splice timbers that are rotten or affected by woodworm. Add underfelt. Replace red pantiles with red pantiles and replace corrugated roofs with red pantiles.

ZD24/00541/LBC) Listed building consent for the careful removal of masonry to a chimney to allow for rebuilding after water damage. The installation of lead flashings to chimney to prevent future damage The applications and accompanying documents and plans may be inspected at North Yorkshire Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX during normal office hours.
