TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/1225/FULAVC: Aragon, Aragon Coach House, And Aragon Cottage, Aldenham Road, Letchmore Heath, Watford. Demolition of existing dwelling (Aragon Cottage) and construction of replacement two storey dwelling. Reconfiguration of the residential plots at Aragon, Aragon Coach House and Aragon Cottage. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area & Green Belt.

24/1211/OUT/TFA: Land South Of Shenley Hill, Radlett. Outline permission (with all matters reserved except for means of access) for the erection of up to 195 new homes (50% affordable), safeguarded land for the expansion of Newberries Primary School and provision of a new medical centre, along with associated access, landscaping and parking. Reason: Major Development in Green Belt,

24/1258/HSE/NK: 148 Watling Street, Radlett, WD7 7JH. Installation of replacement roof, windows and doors to existing rear conservatory. Reason: Conservation Area.

24/0977/VOC/MV: Wild Acre, Common Lane, Radlett, WD7 8PJ. Application for variation of condition 9 (drawings / plans) to allow for revised ground floor plan and side elevation to show air conditioning unit following grant of planning permission 18/2032/FUL. Reason: Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
