What is planned?

LAND at HYLTON AVENUE, SOUTH SHIELDS
LAND at FELTON AVENUE, SOUTH SHIELDS
LAND at CONISTON AVENUE, HEBBURN
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council intend to dispose of below three plots of land:
1. Approximately 16.72 square metres of land located at Hylton Avenue and Hurworth Avenue, South Shields, which consists of open space, held for housing land, to be used as private garden land.
2. Approximately 33.79 square meters of land located at Felton Avenue, South Shields, which consists of open space, held for housing land, to be use as private garden land.
3. Approximately 71.50 square meters of land located at Coniston Avenue and Grasmere Road, Hebburn, which consists of open space, held for housing land, to be used as private garden land.
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Head of Asset Management at the address below to arrive no later than 15th November 2024.
