What is planned?

THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 (AS AMENDED)

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant:
Hallam Land Management give notice of their intention to consult on the proposed development of land to the North and South of the Union Canal, Wilcoxholm Farm, Edinburgh Road, Linlithgow, West Lothian for ‘residential development (located to the south of canal only), with associated access, parking, landscaping, open space, earthworks and other infrastructure’.
Two in-person public exhibitions will be held at the Low Port Centre, 1 Blackness Road, Linlithgow, EH49 7HZ, the first of which will be between the hours of 1pm and 6:45pm on 29 October 2024, where members of the Project Team will be available to answer questions, interact with the local community and receive feedback on the proposals. Information on the second date will be confirmed through a further newspaper advertisement in due course.
In addition, information on the proposed development will be accessible online via a public consultation website. The consultation will be held at https://www.wilcoxholmplanning.co.uk/, and be viewable, and open for questions and comments from 29 October 2024.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 19 November 2024 either in-person at the abovementioned exhibitions or via the provided contact details. Comments can also be accepted via post to: Iceni Projects, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ.
Please note, comments on the proposal during this pre-application consultation are to the prospective applicant and not a formal representation to West Lothian Council. If a planning application is subsequently submitted then you will have the opportunity to make formal representations directly to West Lothian Council during the statutory notification period.
