Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended

Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended. Pre-application consultation by Forth Ports Limited, in respect of proposed Business, General Industrial, Storage and Distribution, Training/Education facility, with ancillary retail, food and drink including bar and associated development including parking (Use Classes 1A, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 and sui generis public house) on land to the east of Edinburgh Dock, Bath Road, Port of Leith, Edinburgh.

The Applicant has put in place the following pre-application consultation arrangements for the second and final public exhibition event:

 A public exhibition will be held on 29 October 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at North and South Leith Parish Church Halls, 6 Henderson Street Edinburgh EH6 6BS where representatives of the prospective Applicant will be available to discuss the proposals.

 Details of the proposed development will also be available to view at www.harbour31.com.

 Comments on the proposed development can be made using the consultation response feedback form which will be available at the public exhibition and from www.harbour31.com. Alternatively comments can be made by email or in writing or by telephone, using the contact details below. Comments should be submitted by 8 November 2024.

At the event the Applicant will set out how feedback received from the first event has been considered.
