NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council has received a planning application from YROP Properties Ltd for: Retrospective change of use of land and buildings to inert waste storage and processing (sui generis) comprising a building for use as a workshop and aggregate storage, external aggregate processing and storage area, ancillary vehicle parking area, portacabin offices and car parking. Together with alteration to existing building to increase access height, at Gaunts End, Home Farm, Green Street, Elsenham, Essex, CM22 6DR -
The proposal may affect the setting of HOME FARMHOUSE which is a Grade II Listed Building - 55.31 metres away.
The proposal may affect the setting of BARN APPROXIMATELY 90 METRES TO NORTH WEST OF HOME FARMHOUSE which is a Grade II Listed Building - 17.49 metres away.
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Uttlesford Local Plan (2005) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.
