PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Change of use of former police horse stables and training arena to storage use (Use Class B8) and change of use of former police dog kennels to offices and ancillary accommodation for the storage use at The Stables Walkington Heads Walkington HU17 8RU (Ref: 24/02147/PLF)

b) Erection of two storey extension to front following partial removal of existing single storey projection and detached garage at Hesslewood Rise 105 Ferriby Road Hessle HU13 0HX (Ref: 24/02524/PLF)

c) Erection of a retail unit (Class E) with access and servicing arrangements, car parking, landscaping, external plant, trolley corral and associated works at Land South West of Primrose House Bluebird Way Brough HU15 1XB (Ref: 24/02390/STPLF)

d) Removal of the existing built-up GRP roof system and replacement with a new built-up single ply membrane system, inclusive of all associated detailing, to the central flat roof at The Manor House 11 Atkinson Way Beverley HU17 8FW (Ref: 24/02751/PLF)

e) Variation of Condition 3 (approved plans) of planning permission 23/03156/PLF (Erection of two storey extension including Juliet balcony and single storey extension to rear, construction of dormer windows to front and rear, installation of roof light and erection of porch canopy to front, alterations to doors and windows including removal of bay window at front and erection of a timber gate, demolition of existing single storey extension and conservatory to rear) to allow application of insulated white render system to existing and proposed exterior walls and replacement of existing and proposed roof pantiles with slate roof tiles to roof of dwelling at Dunelm Cottage 9 North Road Lund YO25 9TF (Ref: 24/02889/VAR)

Proposals (b,d,e) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (d,e) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (c) affects a public right of way.

Proposals (a,c) are major developments.
