NOTICE PUBLISHED UNDER REGULATION 7(2)

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TO INCLUDE ACCESS, ROADS, OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, DRAINAGE AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS AT LAND AT GEILSTON FARM, CARDROSS ROAD/A814, CARDROSS PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION BY THE PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT

Taylor Wimpey hereby give notice that it is proposed to submit a planning application in respect of the development described above on land at Geilston Farm, Cardross.

A second public consultation event will take place in Geilston Hall, Main Street, Cardross at 4 - 8pm on 29th October. This second event is primarily about providing feedback regarding the views gathered during the preceding pre-application consultation, including from the first event that was held on the 25th September.

Comments can be made at the event or by writing or emailing the agent acting for Taylor Wimpey at the following address: North Planning and Development Ltd, Tay House, 2nd Floor, 300 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JR

Comments on the proposals should be submitted by any of the above-mentioned means by 8th November.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Argyll & Bute Council at this time. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Argyll & Bute Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
