The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/24/97394/MAJOR Land To West Of Westleigh Brook And Parsonage Way Leigh. Erection of a new residential development comprising two, three and four bed houses together with all associated works including solar panels, access, extension of Linear Park, landscaping, public open space and car parking following demolition of existing bridge structure.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way.

A/24/97540/MAJOR Laburnum Cottage 191 Slag Lane Lowton Warrington. Erection of 2 poly tunnels and layout of hardstanding for parking area (Retrospective Application)

The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.

A/24/97869/VARMAJ Land To West Of Shakerley Road Tyldesley. Variation of condition 3 of previously approved A/23/95749/MAJOR to allow for updated materials distribution plan.
