Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building :

The Bay Horse 189 Moulsham Street Chelmsford CM2 0LG Construction of apartments and commercial space (A1 Use Class) Ref No. 24/01221/FUL

Rye Cottage Larks Lane Great Waltham Chelmsford Essex CM3 1DT Demolition of existing and erection of 2 new residential dwellings. Ref No. 24/01361/FUL

These applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 8 November 2024.
