PROPOSAL : Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) and removal of Condition 7 (Bin store), 11 (Parking Bay) and 12 (Hard and soft landscaping) for application 23/01407/FUL to changes to the design and materials of the approved scheme and remove conditions relating to omitted elements of the original scheme.
