I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications.

Applicant: Mr Mike Cowley Dragon Asphalt Ltd Address: 3 Engine Street, Oldbury B69 4NL 

Proposal: Demolition of existing substation and proposed new asphalt plant with associated ancillary development. 

This is a major application. 

Application no: DC/24/69710 

Applicant: Mr J Singh Address: Site Of 30-144 Mounts Road, Wednesbury 

Proposal: Proposed variation of condition 1 of Planning Permission DC/22/67797 (proposed residential development comprising of 45 dwellings, landscaping and car parking) to amend house type Type Q.
