What is planned?

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24O/1631 - Land adjacent to 61 Harebell Street (5) Applicant Mr Ray Mansell Everywell Ltd. To erect 3 storey block of 5 no. 1 bedroomed flats and roof terrace with solarium (Outline application).
24PR/2564 - 1 Union Court (2) Applicant Mrs Diane Ellis (Legacie Liverpool 1 Limited) Application for prior approval to change use of commercial business (Use Class E) to (Use Class C3) to form 55 no. residential apartments to upper floors.
24F/2222 - The Academy Of St Francis Of Assisi Gardners Drive (6) Applicant Mr Gareth Jones (All Saints Multi Academy Trust). To install 4 no. external air source heat pumps at ground and roof level and solar panels to the roof and to upgrade the buildings fabric and heating infrastructure.
24F/2667 - Lewis’s Building, Lawton Street & Cropper Street (1) Applicant Jon Kinash, Augur Liverpool Ltd. To carry out external works to the ground, first and second floor of the Lawton Street, Cropper Street rear elevations, comprising the installation of windows, making good of brickwork, installation of new cladding/glazing and associated external works to enclose the external escalators (alternative to approval 22F/1379).
24L/2676 - Lewis’s Building, Lawton Street & Cropper Street (1) Applicant Jon Kinash, Augur Liverpool Ltd. To carry out external works to the ground, first and second floors of the Lawton Street, Cropper Street rear elevations, comprising the installation of windows, making good of brickwork, installation of new cladding/glazing and associated external works to enclose the external escalators (alternative to approval 22L/1102).

Any comments you want to make must be received by 7th November 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
