Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1426: 62, Rothes Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1LB, Rendering of less than 25% of total face of external party wall in garden.
MO/2024/1506: Land at the former Leatherhead Trinity Childrens Centre, Aperdele Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7BP, Demolition of existing buildings and construction of an 80 bedroom residential care facility (Use Class C2) with associated access works, car and cycle parking, electrical sub-station, servicing, private amenity space, landscaping and boundary treatment.
MO/2024/1526: 4, Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BZ, Erection of 3 No. two storey dwellings with access from the existing undercroft from Bridge Street.
MO/2024/1552: Manor Farm, Manor House Lane, Little Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT23 4EW, Works to the Coach House at Manor Farm to include; insertion of 4 No. new rooflights, new picture window, new side door and external timber staircase to replace the original.
MO/2024/1564: Grapevine Cottage, 113, Little Bookham Street, Little Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT23 3AF, Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission
MO/2024/0483 for the erection of single-storey detached dwelling following the removal of modern outbuildings. Associated landscape works including driveways and boundary treatments to allow the dwelling to be moved to the north east to facilitate an increase in the depth of the single storey rear element.
MO/2024/1570: 25, Rothes Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1LG, Replacement of existing single glazed timber sash windows on front elevation with new timber double glazed sash windows of identical appearance.
