What is planned?

Northumberland County Council
has received and is required to publicise the following planning applications for the reasons stated below:

Reason: ALB affecting the setting of a listed building - Regulation 5A, ACA affecting the character or appearance of a Conservation Area - Regulation 5A.

24/03187/VARYCO, English Heritage, Variation of Conditions 2 & 3, Removal of Conditions 4, 5 & 6 on approved application 24/01616/FUL to have an alternative internal layout, alternations, reduced scope, condition wording to be varied requiring works to be carried out in accordance with relevant fire protection information, Berwick Barracks Parade Berwick-Upon-Tweed TD15 1DF, ACA, ALB
