Reference: AVA/2024/0678 Applicant Name: Ms Robertshaw Address: Crossroads Farm , Ashbourne Road, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 2DA Proposal: Listed building consent for change of use with alterations of stone and brick barns, and demolition and alterations to modern barns, to create nine dwellings, with associated access (including closure of one access), parking, and shared and private amenity spaces including an orchard and allotment gardens.
