THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2013 NOTICES UNDER REGULATION 13

I give notice that Mr Metin Gurpinar is applying to HAMMERSMITH & FULHAM COUNCIL for planning permission to carry out the following development: Erection of an additional floor at roof level, erection of rear extensions at ground, first and second floor levels in connection with the formation of a new three storey building inter-linked to the main building; change of use of rear part of ground floor and upper floor levels from pub (Class Sui Generis) to residential (Class C3) in connection with the creation of 5no self-contained flats comprising of 1 x studio, 3 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom flats; erection of a new low level boundary wall with an access gate to replace the existing wall and gate facing Archel Road including the provision of new cycle and bin storage; infilling of 2no windows and side entrance gates, and installation of a new door to bin store at ground floor level to the side elevation (facing Archel Road); replacement of existing windows with new UPVC double glazed windows at upper floor levels.
